Khazaf Studio is where earth, fire, and imagination come together to speak the language of form.
We are an independent ceramics studio working at the intersection of sculpture and wheel-thrown pottery. Each piece at Khazaf is a blend of ancient techniques and contemporary vision—forms born from clay that tell stories of emotion, organic structures, and the quiet layers of the mind.

Our work is shaped through two main approaches: the potter’s wheel and hand-built sculpture.
By combining these methods, we create pieces that are neither purely functional nor purely decorative—they exist somewhere between object and being. This dual approach allows us to explore a wide spectrum of forms, each with its own unique presence and character.

Glaze, for us, is not just a surface finish—it’s a living, reactive layer.
We experiment with a range of glazes: from classic oxidation to reduction firing, and saggar techniques where materials like ash, salt, plants, and metals leave unpredictable, organic marks on the clay. No two firings are the same; each one captures a moment of transformation.

We believe in honest form, raw material, and creating a direct connection with the viewer.
